This book, published in 2014, and targeted to children ages 7-11 is currently in script and sequel development. Reminiscent of "The Sandlot" and "Rookie of the Year" it brings the realism of Little League baseball together with imagination, suspense and what happens when our decisions don't always go the way we imagined.with a twist.
"Nine-year old Ryan "The Dominator" Murphy is a all-star pitcher in the Fulton Town Little League. His team, the Fulton Flames, is having a no-loss season and on its way to win the championships. Until a new kid -- a third-grader! -- enters the picture and becomes the only thing between Ryan and a trophy. When Ryan's Uncle Kevin gets involved things get very complicated. Ryan ends up with a big secret, even from his best friend Jake. He then has to chose between winning at all costs and doing the right thing".
